Limehouse Day Nursery staffing arrangements meet the needs of all children in their care and ensure their safety at all times. Children are more than adequately supervised and staff are deployed to ensure children’s needs are met. Parents are informed about staff deployment, and, when relevant and practical, we aim to involve them in these decisions. Children are usually within sight and hearing of staff and always within hearing.

Only Limehouse Day Nursery staff aged 18 or over are included in our ratios.
